CURRENTLY UNDEFEATED Mountain Challenge Twin Peaks

This is a professional level food challenge created for eaters looking to push their limits. It IS NOT intended for everyone and is not available on our permanent menu. We operate by appointment only and by submitting an application with prior food competition history to our email burgers@carolinajax.com

Our challenge consists of a triple patty Hurricane burger and a triple patty Tarheel burger built on top of a full portion of Mountain fries and a full portion of Ol Dirt Road fries. If you’d like to get a taste of this challenge you can order either of these burgers with three patties and a full portion of loaded fries. That is essentially half of the challenge.

Rules are as follows: 

The challenge is $75. You will have 30 minutes (or the current record time) to complete the challenge by licking your plate clean. If you complete the challenge in enough  time you will receive a $50 gift card and a Carolina Jax shirt of your choice.

Please do not apply if you don‘t think that you can eat 7lbs. It‘s ok there’s no way I can eat that much either. If you’re up for the challenge email me at burgers@carolinajax.com
